Here is my argument why you won't find a better realtor than Joe Racek in the NRV area. He has a unique and perfect combination of skills that make him the best choice I could find. 1)  He is an incredible personality and mediator, which is often necessary with real estate because buyers and sellers often never speak with each other.  So Joe acts as the mediator between all parties and he is wonderful at doing so because he is empathic and manages his emotions and works to consider all perspectives. 2) He happens to be an insanely gifted handyman and built an addition onto his own home by himself.  So when looking through a house, he can talk about why things are the way they are and give helpful suggestions.  3)  He has lived here most of his life and has in-depth knowledge about the market, people, community, and more.  4) Integrity. He is a man of his word and always comes through on his promises.  I worked with Joe and found and bought a house in a mere number of days.  I couldn't have done it without him. I am incredibly pleased with every aspect of how he worked with me through the process. He is professional and personable. I couldn't ask for a better realtor. - Steve S. -

Joe recently helped my husband and I sell our home. I'd had a bad experience with a past sale, and was a little leery, preferring to try and sell it on our own. Joe had helped my daughter and her husband buy their first home last fall and had nothing but good things to say about him. It was a great pleasure to work with Joe Racek in buying my new home. Before purchasing this house, I visited at least nine other houses with Joe. During any of those visits, Joe never forced me or misguided me to purchase any of the houses. At every visit, Joe provided me with a very balanced description about the property. He clearly detailed every plus side as well as every minus side of every house. Joe and his staff (Kim, in particular) were very organized and friendly. They made the whole purchase process smooth.
